		<description>I do appreciate the comment and after two weeks I have found that you are right. I also do not think of it really as a diet rather than a healthy lifestyle. That&#039;s good stuff. Even though I don&#039;t like the 6 small meals I have found that I have had more energy, feel full and not wanting to eat all the time. So it&#039;s been a fun ride and I have already started to lose weight.</description>
