10.21.12 Worship Rewind

We had a lot of folks out today. Still we had a great time of worship and the message was right on. One family told me they really needed to hear the message today and was glad they came. Winning!

We had some issues with the keyboard during the first two songs not working in the first service. This has been an ongoing nag for a while. We haven’t been able to put our finger on exactly what the problem is but we have a good idea. I shared Isaiah 61 before Here For you.

to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes, the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.

Everything He gives us and does for us is for His glory and to “display His splendor”.  We are here for YOU Jesus.

I felt like two Matt Redman songs back to back wouldn’t work when I planned it but I really felt like we needed to do it. It worked very well. During the second service the Spirit was moving all over the place. We had an awesome time of worship.

It was a good day. We all were stretched by the spirit. Some of us were stretched musically  some of us by God’s word. Some of us were challenged. Some of us received healing and was released from bondage.

God moved!
